The Raceway Motel is situated in a quiet street in Hamilton, Brisbane. We offer 12 ground floor units with a range of bedding configurations. Our rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning and internet connection. Our guest facilities include a swimming pool, half court tennis, barbeque area and guest laundry.

The Raceway Motel is very accessible with the City Cat ferry, bus and train nearby. We are approximately 10 minutes from the Brisbane City Centre and the Brisbane Domestic and International Airports.

Things to see and do in Brisbane

Even locals love to get out on the Brisbane River and it's so easy and cheap to do with a journey on the City Cat. Take a cruise up and down the river, stopping where ever you like along the way, South Bank, University of Queensland, The Botanical Gardens or for some shopping and alfresco dining. Brisbane's weather is very conducive to this wonderful lifestyle.

The Breakfast Creek Hotel is arguably the most famous watering hole in Brisbane, and is only a five minute drive from the motel. It's more than just a venue, it's a major destination in Brisbane and one of the few pubs in Australia to still serve beer 'off the wood' or out of wooden casks.
