The Central Regent Hotel is indeed centrally located opposite the major transport interchange of Sydney's Central Station. Central Station is at the southern edge of the Sydney CBD beside Railway Square in the Haymarket area. Sydney's Chinatown, full of vibrant colour and life, is Australia's largest Chinatown and is located between Central Station and Darling Harbour.

Things to see and do in Sydney:

Darling Harbour is a world of its own extending northwards from Chinatown, along both sides of Cockle Bay which opens into the much larger Port Jackson, and a must visit destination. The Darling Harbour precinct is home to a number of major public facilities and attractions, including Sydney Entertainment Centre, the Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Australian National Maritime Museum, the Powerhouse Museum, Paddy's Market, Sydney's Chinese Gardens, Star City Casino, Sydney Aquarium, the IMAX theatre, Tumbalong Park and Wildlife World.

Other places to visit in Sydney include Centrepoint Tower, the Harbour Bridge, the Opera House, The Rocks, Sydney Technology Park, and for sports enthusiasts, the SCG and Telstra Stadium.

Finding Us

The Central Regent Hotel is opposite the major transport interchange of Sydney's Central Railway Station, and is also conveniently close to the University of Technology, the Head Quarters of ABC Studios, the Sydney College of TAFE and Chinatown.
