The Bayswater Hotel & Motel is a West Australian icon; established in 1898 the hotel continues to serve guests faithfully for more than 100 years. Each room is tastefully appointed with all the features a corporate or leisure traveller would need. We offer 9 deluxe hotel rooms & 12 motel rooms, including 2 disabled rooms. All rooms with reverse cycle air conditioning, queen and/or king single beds and most motel rooms with balcony.

This historic property features 3 bars, a superb garden area, and a bistro that is open 7 days serving guests excellent meals. There is a bottleshop and TAB on premises. Guests will enjoy on premises parking, a children's playground and room service till 9pm.
