We have 25 full kitchenettes with new queen beds, free AUSTAR with remote control TV's, cold a/c & ceiling fans, undercover parking, salt pool, spa & water slide. All rooms are ground floor, with 1 wheelchair unit available upon request. Breakfast and evening meals are also available. Laundry, free BBQ's. Our units are roomy and comfortable whether you're travelling alone or with others.

Billabong Lodge Motel is nicely situated within walking distance of sports fields, Townsville Golf Club, shops and restaurants. It's only a short drive to the city centre, major shopping complexes, Dairy Farmers Stadium, The Townsville Entertainment Centre and hospitals. Townsville is home of the NRL Cowboys and NBL Crocodiles.

Finding Us:

From Mackay - stay on the highway until the traffic lights at the race course. Turn right and drive in 1.5 kilometres. We are the 3rd Motel on the right hand side.

From Cairns - stay on the highway until you reach the Woolworths shopping centre, turn right into Kings road and follow it as far as possible (3 k's),Drive through the lights with the Boat shop on your left and Hungry Jacks on your right, turn right at the BP (T-Junction) and come out 800 metres. Motel is on the left.

From Townsville Airport - ensure you turn right out of the terminal and then left on to Ingham road, then right into Kings road and follow the above directions.
