The Border Gateway Motel is situated in attractive landscaped gardens off the Hume Highway on the northern side of Wodonga as you cross the border from Albury.

We are about 40 km from Latrobe University in Beechworth and are nearby the Wodonga TAFE as well as the Wodonga City Centre, the Sports and Leisure Centre and the Civic and Convention Centre. The Wodonga Country Club offers an 18 hole championship layout built on 50 hectares of land with two large dams on the front 9 and Felltimber Creek snaking through the back nine making for a picturesque and challenging day out.

Travel further afield to explore the mountains and snowfields or check out some of the wineries in the region. Rutherglen is only a half hour drive away where you can sample delicious local fare such as trout, cherries and olives, and wash it down with a glass of crisp white wine or sticky muscat.

Finding Us

Wodonga is approx. 200 kms north of Melbourne via the Hume Freeway, take the first Wodonga exit (Melbourne Road), then take the first right into Moorefield Park Drive where you will find the Border Gateway Motel 200 metres on the left.
